Understands that every brain has its own unique way of experiencing the world.
My work is centered around creating a space where you don’t have to mask, explain yourself over and over, or feel like you have to fit into a certain box to be understood.My goal is to provide adults with a path toward healing, self-understanding, and authentic living. I am committed to creating a compassionate, safe, inclusive, and effective environment for individuals seeking support through life’s challenges, while walking alongside you in your journey.
I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership. Think of you as the Captain of your own ship, and I’m your first mate (ARRR! 😊). You are the expert on your own life, your experiences, and your journey. My role is to come alongside you with support, guidance, curiosity, and a safe space to help you navigate the waters ahead.
Together, we will explore your unique experiences, your strengths, your needs, and the things that have shaped who you are today. My work is rooted in challenging the idea that differences are something to be fixed or that people must change themselves to fit into a world that was not always designed with them in mind.
I believe every person deserves to be seen as a whole human being—not reduced to a diagnosis, a label, or the ways they may struggle in a world that does not always understand them. Many people have spent years feeling misunderstood, overlooked, or like they needed to hide parts of themselves to belong. Therapy can be a place where you are invited to show up as your full self, with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance.
